If a concern cannot be resolved at the local level, or involves a potential breach of Softball Saskatchewan policies, a formal complaint may be submitted to Softball Saskatchewan.
This process is governed by the Discipline & Complaints Policy and is intended only for matters that fall within Softball Saskatchewan's jurisdiction.
This form is NOT for:
- Playing time disagreements
- Team selection disputes
- Coaching decisions related to strategy
- Personality conflicts
- Scheduling concerns
- General or constructive performance feedback
These types of concerns should be raised with your local association leadership and escalated through the appropriate leadership channels where necessary.
Any supporting documentation (e.g., previous emails regarding the issue, complaints filed with local associations, or other relevant materials) may be submitted to Softball Sask via email at jac@softball.sk.ca
