Registration Instructions - 2026 Registration OPEN
Step 1:
Please read the detailed registration instructions HERE. This will help you to easily and successfully register as an umpire.
Step 2:
You must register and pay through your RAMP account.
Step 3: Complete the Softball Canada Online Theory Course HERE
Step 4: Print or save a copy of your completion certificate to show at the in-person clinic.
Step 5: Attend your in-person clinic

Softball Canada 2026/2027 Rulebook:
- Everyone must purchase a 2026/2027 Rulebook this year, this fee WILL AUTOMATICALLY be added to your registration. The rulebook will be provided to you at your in-person clinic.
In-Person Clinic Dates & Locations - OPEN FOR 2026
Important: You MUST preregister AS AN UMPIRE before attending an in-person clinic!
- To register: Log in to your RAMP account and select "Camp and Clinic Registration".
- Scroll to find the clinic you would like to attend!
- Make sure you have your certificate of completion from the Softball Canada Online Theory Course.
- Bring an electronic device to take the National Exam at the clinic.
