The 2024 Softball Saskatchewan Annual General Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom on Saturday, April 27th at 9AM.

Members wishing to attend must pre-register either through their RAMP account or by contacting the Softball Saskatchewan office at info@softball.sk.ca by April 15th, 2024. This is a strict deadline as the Sport & Law Group will be looking after the administration of our AGM and Board of Director Elections. Those who pre-register will receive their AGM information and materials via email prior to the meeting.

If any member wishes to submit an AGM resolution form for any change to our bylaws, this form must be submitted to our Softball Saskatchewan office at info@softball.sk.ca by April 1^st.

Please note that the Board of Director positions up for election at this year’s AGM are District 1,2,3 & 4 and each has a 2-year term. Please click HERE for the Board of Director Nomination Form. The deadline for nominations is April 1st.
