Registration Instructions - CLOSED FOR THE SEASON!

Step 1: PLASE READ THE DETAILED REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS HERE.  THIS WILL HELP YOU TO EASILY AND SUCCESFULY REGISTER AS AN UMPIRE. 

Step 2: You must register and pay through your RAMP account.

Step 3: Attend your in-person clinic.

Step 4: Take your exam!  After you have registered, paid and attended your clinic you can visit National Exam Information for more information on the exam and how to take it. NOTE: You do NOT need to take the exam prior to registering as an umpire.

2024 Softball Canada Rulebook

For those registering to attend an in-person clinic you will be provided your rulebook at the clinic you are attending.  For those choosing the online option, you will be mailed a rulebook.

2024 In-Person Clinic Dates & Locations 

YOU MUST PREREGISTER BEFORE ATTENDING A CLINIC!

To register for a clinic you must first login to your RAMP account and register as an umpire ("OFFICIAL").  During the registration process a question will pop up asking you which clinic you want to attend.  Please select one from the drop down menu.  

Clinics end AROUND 3:00 PM

Make sure that you bring an electronic device so that you can take the National Exam at the clinic.

If you do not choose to attend an in-person clinic you must watch the videos below and we recommend that you review the information from the Umpire Toolbox on the Softball Canada website by clicking HERE.
