Bid to Host - Basic Skills Clinic

CRITERIA

Host Community must:

Have a least 1 team affiliated
Advertise clinic in their region
Have players registered for the clinic from a minimum of 3 communities in your region
Need a minimum of 20 players for this clinic to run).
This clinic is to run sometime in April & May (outside).
Have 2 diamonds with bases in close proximity to each other
Washroom facilities open & operating near by
Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
Guarantee minimum of 4 helpers for the whole day

DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO FIRST DAY REQUESTED. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a camp. The number of camps provided depends on instructor availability.
