Bid to Host - 1-Day Clinic - Canpitch/Saskhit

CRITERIA:

Host Community must:

Have a least 1 team affiliated.
Advertise clinic in their region.
Have players registered for the clinic from a minimum of 3 communities in your region.
Need a minimum of 20 players for this clinic to run.
Pay the instructor(s) costs (honorarium, meals, kms & hotel if necessary) at the clinic, which can be reimbursed by the Map Grant.
his clinic is to run sometime in January - April.

DEADLINE FOR BID TO HOST FORM IS AT LEAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE CLINIC DATE. Any late bids will not be guaranteed a coaching clinic. The number of clinics provided depends on instructor availability.

Facility Information: Host will require a gymnasium for 1 session for a minimum of 4 hours. Please tell us how many players could pitch in your gym at one time with a catcher (who isn't pitching)
