INFO & FORMS - ZONE TRANSFER FORM

Provincial Zone Transfers:

• Only U14 (Pee Wee), U16 (Bantam) and U18 (Midget) players may apply for a Zone Transfer.
• Players applying for a Zone Transfer must complete the Application Form available on our website www.softball.sk.ca or in our handbook.
• The Zone Transfer request must first be approved by the Zone Director where the applicant resides and then by the Zone Director of the team the applicant wishes to register on.
• Zone Transfer Requests must include the Player Release Form
• Final approval of applications will be complete upon review by the Softball Saskatchewan Competition Committee
• Players who wish to register on an “A” team Zone Transfer Request Form Deadline: March 1
• Players who wish to register on a “B” or “C” team Zone Transfer Request Form Deadline: April 15
