Respect In Sport
Softball Saskatchewan is committed to creating a sport environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Coaches have a responsibility to create a sporting environment that is free from harassment, abuse, bullying and neglect. Softball Saskatchewan now requires that all coaches participating in the sport of softball have completed the online Respect in Sport (RiS) certification (or equivalency), as required by Sask Sport Inc.

The Coaches Guides series (U12, U14 & U16) was created to increase the knowledge of coaches and improve player development. Each guide contains a season's worth of practice plans divided into 4 training phases with each phase having specific objectives and outcomes.
