• Blanket Medical - $25,000
• Death - $25,000
• Dental Accident – Up to $5,000
• Dentures/Artificial Teeth - $200 (includes hearing aids)
• Eyeglasses and contacts – Up to $100
• Fracture Indemnity – $50 - $500
• Loss Schedule - $2,000 - $50,000
• Out of Province - $10,000
• Paralysis - $50,000
• Prosthetics - $3,000
• Rehabilitation - $3,000
• Special Treatment Travel - $1,000
• Tuition - $2,000
